A blind woman sits in a chair holding a video camera focused on a scientist sitting in front of her. She has a device in her mouth, touching her tongue, and there are wires running from that device to the video camera. The woman has been blind since birth and doesn't really know what a rubber ball looks like, but the scientist is holding one. And when he suddenly rolls it in her direction, she puts out a hand to stop it. The blind woman saw the ball. Well, not exactly through her tongue, but the device in her mouth sent visual input through her tongue in much the same way that seeing individuals receive visual input through the eyes. In both cases, the initial sensory input mechanism -- the tongue or the eyes -- sends the visual data to the brain, where that data is processed and interpreted to form images.|As a new and better way to gather people for meeting or face-to-face talk, video conferencing ensures that everything discussed would be clearly understood to the participants. By providing a good audio-visual connection with other attendees, it offers a better way for business to connect no matter where the attendees are. As a result, the companies of all sizes and in almost every industry are turning to this service to stay connected and cut cost at present economic times. It also has brought life to their meetings. With the dropping conferencing equipment prices, video conferencing has become one of the top-choices for businesses to communicate with their clients, employees and sales prospects. Sometimes, it becomes difficult to find out budget-friendly video conferencing services that cover most of the facilities you need. So, how do you pick a video conferencing solution that is right for your business? To ease your remote communication process most of the providers employ various conferencing tools.
The importance of newspaper can be estimated from the fact that millions of people across the country for the information that appears on its pages. Right before World Wide Web took the world by its power, the print media was most reliable means of Asia news. Keeping people updated about the latest news and state of affairs in varied fields of politics, economics, stock market, sports, entertainment and weather is its main contribution. Apart from that the newspapers ensures that the interested reader is well aware of the trends in progress in critical fields of business, stock market and economics as well. Not only important information, but also different view points of people can be printed in the public columns in order to let the readers get a better look on the perspective of the other readers. Another advantage that the India News papers present to its daily readers is the country wide platform to display important media content for promotion and advertising. This easily helps the residents of the cit or town to know their neighborhood better and look up for better prospects in the city. As the society and the surrounding area plays an important role in making the residents aware of the human affairs. Such newspapers are an important was to increase the mode of education and even sharpen the attitude and intellect of the students who daily follow the current affairs of the country.
Depending on the amount of reference information required by the model, video quality assessment can be roughly classified into two categories: reference (R) and no-reference (NR) video quality models. R-VQA models compute perceptual differences between reference videos against their distorted counterparts. In practice, however, it is sometimes impossible to have access to any reference signal. For example, just as streaming providers now routinely alter spatial resolution along with standard compression in the construction of bitrate ladders, they could also modify the streamed frame rate before compression depending on the content characteristics. Creating ABR bitrate ladders that allow for VFRs will require new VQA models. Algorithms to perform perceptual optimization. Just as there is now a heightened need for FR VQA models for VFR/HFR scenarios, so also is there for blind/NR models that can address the effects of frame rate changes throughout video workflows without the availability of any reference. Yet, existing BVQA models have been focused on fixed frame-rate videos, and there are no blind models specifically designed to predict the quality of VFR/HFR videos.
Air conditioners are energy hogs, so if you want to go green, go off peak. Green energy is a big topic these days, and the list of ways to generate and manage energy more efficiently keeps growing. One innovative way to use energy wisely is through the use of off-peak cooling systems. Off-peak cooling is pretty ingenious because it uses energy at night when the demand is low. Air conditioning is an energy hog, and when some of the electricity needed to cool all that air is distributed over the evening and night hours, it takes some of the burden off the energy grid at the biggest demand times of the day. This redistributes the demand for electricity, helping to avoid brownouts and blackouts and also takes advantage of lower electricity rates during off-peak times. There are other benefits to off-peak cooling systems, too. Conventional air conditioners use more energy as they get hotter, and the more energy they draw, the less efficiently they use it.
It even generates reports for easier reimbursement from your employer. Plus, the app is password protected -- always a good idea where financial matters are concerned. But when it comes to your finances, details are key, and this app can help you sort them out. Sorting through that many snapshots -- much less sharing them with friends. Family -- can be so daunting that it never gets done at all. Fortunately, there are a number of iPad apps devoted to the organization and dissemination of digital photos. Sort Shots ($5.99 at the app store) offers a wide variety of features to help get your pictures in order. For example, you can tag your photos with keywords, either individually or in groups. If you're already using photo management software on your home computer, Sort Shots can import many of the ratings and keywords from those programs. Both allow you to upload files or photos from your tablet and access them later on another device, such as a computer or your iPhone.|Implicit neural representation (INR) has emerged as a powerful paradigm for representing signals, such as images, videos, 3D shapes, etc. Although it has shown the ability to represent fine details, its efficiency as a data representation has not been extensively studied. In INR, the data is stored in the form of parameters of a neural network and general purpose optimization algorithms do not generally exploit the spatial and temporal redundancy in signals. In this paper, we suggest a novel INR approach to representing and compressing videos by explicitly removing data redundancy. Instead of storing raw RGB colors, we propose Neural Residual Flow Fields (NRFF), using motion information across video frames and residuals that are necessary to reconstruct a video. Maintaining the motion information, which is usually smoother and less complex than the raw signals, requires far fewer parameters. Furthermore, reusing redundant pixel values further improves the network parameter efficiency. Experimental results have shown that the proposed method outperforms the baseline methods by a significant margin.
