Now what’s happened in the last five, six weeks, you’ve seen intelligence concerns and a great deal of alarm expressed both in Washington, but also in European capitals - Berlin, Paris, London, at NATO headquarters - about this Russian troop buildup near Ukraine. It’s somewhat of a repetition of what we saw in April, where nothing happened, but this seems to be more serious in terms of the way Western officials are talking about it.
