Kids can dream up some pretty awesome jobs, but can they keep the dream alive when they grow up? If you've ever asked a 5-year-old what she wants to be when she grows up, you'll probably recognize a theme. Astronaut, dancer, poet, princess, unicorn trainer - whatever the answer, it usually sounds like a lot of fun. Fifteen or 20 years later, that sense of fun will likely be trumped by a sense of financial responsibility. It's almost a rite of passage to give up the idea that a grown-up job can be fun. But fun and money aren't necessarily mutually exclusive. To be sure, even in the entertainment industry, Fallon is an anomaly. The jobs in which workers claim to be happiest are far less glamorous, but most pay a decent wage. There are also plenty of jobs that pay next to nothing and are a real drag. And even jobs that once seemed like a lot of fun, once you're in them long enough, can start to feel like work.
The other major challenge was the development of ”cool” atmosphere models characterised by strong molecular absorptions and, for the coolest objects, by condensation processes (see Allard et al (1997) and references therein). As brown dwarf observations deliver data with increasing accuracy and level of details, modellers need to increase the sophistication of the theory, requiring new physical ingredients and processes to face the reality of observations. This paper, far from being a comprehensive review of the physics of brown dwarfs, will focus on some recent developments and novelties which I find exciting as they reflect a thriving and innovative field. This choice will hopefully provide guidance and motivate future generation of students and young researcher to work on the theory of brown dwarfs. The paper is organised as follows. I will first discuss current developments in atmosphere. Inner structure modelling respectively. I will then discuss young brown dwarfs. Current ideas regarding their very early evolution.
Eventually, the costs for holding video conferences have fallen, and that has led to the implementation of this technology across several organizations. Nowadays, video conferences are conducted in large rooms specially dedicated for important meetings, team gathering sessions virtually with the co-workers sitting at different locations across the poles. Video conferencing equipment are now compatible with all smart devices such as tablets, laptops, smartphones and so on. Expectation of higher quality conferencing solutions- Increasing trends in video conferencing in the corporate world. In particular among the younger staff is envisaging the leaders of the future. They are spotting the difference between today's leadership and the direction in future. Present day leaders are eager to know about the technology, and their emphasis remains on implementing it wherever it is possible. However, the leaders of tomorrow would be solely relying on the technology, and it would be there in usage in their routines. Most of the young generation employees today are techno-savvy, and they prefer to work and communicate visually with video-enabled devices to get more clarity regarding the processes.
