Solid resistance at the 20 EMA / SMA. This dynamic resistance is very strong.
Expecting a powerful break out once this resistance is broken. However the break could be at much lower levels.

I have no idea what you are talking about other than it doesn't make any logical sense.
You cannot have a powerful breakout from one position and then say it could be from a lower level. They are not the same thing.
Is this chartist gobble de gook?

Rexco, he is not a chartist, just someone looking for a low entry to then start ramping it once hes in.

Think he means the daily lowering the ask?
Agree when it breaks out boom but when year end? Lol

Rexco the 20 EMA is trending lower and is acting as a strong Dynamic resistance, Dynamic meaning the resistance level that changes daily. Unlike a static ( Horizontal) resistance that is a constant value. Hence the SP could break above this level at 1.7, 1.6, 1,5 -----------1.0p ????????? as the 20 EMA trends lower.

Thanks for the explanation.
I am just keeping my head down and praying for 4,000 BOPD by the end of 2014.
That should get it above 2p with a bit of luck.

Happy Trader - seems to work for many - blind others with the science of TA terminology which is about as scientific as homeopathy :p

As far as I am aware the 20 Exponential Moving Average is used to trade Forex during the day (not to be held overnight) so quite why you would want to use it for Range shares I cannot imagine.

TTT - don't worry I know it's all tarot cards. Homeopathy was merely a comparable field ;)
As you say, infinitely more reliable than springs :p

Nah dont use those either.. There are too many combos mixed in with different trading time frames to chose from and trust me ive fecking tried them all :-)
I only use one ema now which works for me on my trading time frame so i guess im stuck with it, its also the same one mystic meg uses so it must be good..

TTT best to keep it simple, Price Action ( Candles) around Key dynamic and static resistance levels.
Pin bars, Mother bars, inside bars and fakey bars.

I think you are getting mixed up, you cannot get a dog in this respect to get moving.
Range will only get moving if it is a latent star that can be moved out of its current torpitude and into a dynamic state.

Acceptable it seems to most of us now. Cheers pete. I'm voting for his payrise. He really deserves it.

Charts mean nothing with rrl, the mm's have been putting the majority of buys through ISDX which has no effect on LSE charts.
Total waste of time looking at candle sticks etc.
