In iOS 15.4 beta 4, Apple has created a new Tracking Notifications panel in Settings > Notifications, and no such warning is provided upon disabling these notifications. This notification panel appears in addition to a Find My panel found in Notifications preferences as well. It’s unclear if Apple will add additional settings, and perhaps an updated warning when disabling Tracking Notifications via the Settings app. Keep in mind that Apple says it will continue to make enhancements to AirTags. Find My Network tracking as the year goes on. It was almost a year ago when Apple added two additional American Siri voices to iOS 14.5 beta 6 for a total of four voices. Yesterday’s iOS 15.4 beta 4 release adds a fifth new American voice that can be accessed via Settings > Siri & Search > Siri Voice. If you’d like to hear what the new Siri voice sounds like, watch our hands-on video at the 1:01 timestamp. OS 15.4 is quickly marching toward release candidate status. With Apple’s rumored March 8th event just two weeks away, I think it’s likely that we’ll see the iOS 15.4 RC soon. For more information on iOS 15.4, be sure to catch up with our previous coverage and video walkthroughs. In the meantime, what do you think about the new iOS 15.4 beta 4 changes and features? Sound off down below in the comments. FTC: We use income earning auto affiliate links.
Sales leads can be generated by a company's Web site. Whether you're selling jumbo jets or Girl Scout cookies, the basic principle of sales is the same -- there's no sale if there's no client. Finding clients can be an expensive, time-consuming, often failure-ridden process. Picture those poor Girl Scouts going door-to-door with their Thin Mints and Samoas: half the people aren't home; six homeowners just went on a diet; and the competition is stiff (Becky and Nancy are working the same turf!). The first, and, some say, most difficult task for any salesman is generating sales leads. Sales leads aren't clients; they're potential clients. For example, realtors used to rely heavily on costly newspaper ads to generate inquiries. In this HowStuffWorks article, we'll cover some of the most popular techniques for generating and managing sales leads, including helpful technology for tracking and nurturing leads from first contact to closing. Let's start by exploring the basics of generating sales leads.
To do this, we'll need to understand how current laptops are structured. Basically, the laptops with which we're all familiar consist of many individual components, each fixed within a metal frame. The entire structure opens. Closes like a book. Not only does a traditional laptop's metal frame form a rigid shell, but most of its internal components are bulky and rigid, too. The largest of these components is the screen, or display. There are several different types of modern computer displays, each built with different technologies, but most of today's displays are inflexible, bulky and surprisingly fragile. The hard disk drive, used to store memory, is another large and rigid component of a traditional laptop. The list continues and includes many other components you're probably familiar with, such as the CD/DVD drive and the battery. There are at least three main components to the Fabric PC design that will allow this to happen. First of all, the computer display will be constructed from a cutting-edge technology called e-paper, allowing the display screen to be paper-thin and bendable.|A home appraisal will determine if the asking price is lower or higher than the actual value of the property. You've found your dream home. The asking price is $300,000 -- an amount you've already been pre-approved for by your bank. But is the home really worth that amount? That's the question at the heart of the home appraisal. The worth, or value of the property, will determine how much a lender is willing to give you to buy that particular piece of real estate. This all-important step in getting the financing you need is the home appraisal -- an oftentimes-confusing part of the mortgage process in which both buyer and seller must depend on the expert opinion of a stranger. A real estate appraisal is simply that -- the expert opinion of a certified, state-licensed professional who determines the value of a piece of property. If your $300,000 dream home is really worth only $200,000, then the home is overpriced.
After the person gives a false statement to authorities, the movie cuts to the person at home -- sans the big foam collar -- engaging in an athletic endeavor that would be impossible if he or she really had whiplash. Next scene: A private investigator, hiding in the bushes, snaps a photo of the "victim" and takes off. That's not just the stuff of Hollywood. Private investigators do stake out insurance claimants at times for just such reasons. They also use less dramatic tactics to uncover fraud, such as researching claimants' backgrounds through perusing criminal records, interviewing claimants and any witnesses, inspecting pertinent sites, etc. Investigators may also consult with the insurer's legal counsel. Serve as expert witnesses in court. One of the more popular insurance fraud scams involves vehicle crashes that result in both legitimate and fake/exaggerated injuries. The scam can work in many ways. Say you're in a car crash.
Kids can dream up some pretty awesome jobs, but can they keep the dream alive when they grow up? If you've ever asked a 5-year-old what she wants to be when she grows up, you'll probably recognize a theme. Astronaut, dancer, poet, princess, unicorn trainer - whatever the answer, it usually sounds like a lot of fun. Fifteen or 20 years later, that sense of fun will likely be trumped by a sense of financial responsibility. It's almost a rite of passage to give up the idea that a grown-up job can be fun. But fun and money aren't necessarily mutually exclusive. To be sure, even in the entertainment industry, Fallon is an anomaly. The jobs in which workers claim to be happiest are far less glamorous, but most pay a decent wage. There are also plenty of jobs that pay next to nothing and are a real drag. And even jobs that once seemed like a lot of fun, once you're in them long enough, can start to feel like work.
