В итоге, неясный мотив всех героев, незаконченные конфликты, ненужные сюжетные линии, никакого развития: к примеру, о дочери или активистах как таковых не раскрыто ничего! А нагромождение то есть. Я пытался представить, как можно было бы сократить фильм, какие сцены удалить, но неожиданно для себя понял, что таких сцен практически нету, все эпизоды в фильме, так или иначе, либо несут важное для общего сюжета содержание, либо имеют важную роль в сложении характера героев. Героиня Екатерины Агеевой выглядит гораздо глубже и живее, её персонаж размышляет, думает, и хоть и живёт в придуманном волшебном мире, разговаривает так, как разговаривают люди в обычной жизни - без высокопарщины - она немного наивная и чуткая, без стеснения рассказывает, что улыбается она потому что рот не закрывается, а её любимый режиссёр - Триер, поэтому она взяла такой псевдоним. Режиссерская работа, игра актеров, визуальная составляющая, монтаж.

Ненужная не линия, а отрезок какой-то, с отношениями героя и любовницы. Сюжет довольно банален и построен на стереотипах. 'Фея' снята, бесспорно, хорошо.
