Vessels of the Caspian Flotilla had been sent to the Black Sea as part of previously announced military exercises. Ukraine said earlier this week that Russia had already massed more than 40,000 troops along its border, and at least 40,000 more in Crimea. Russia says the troop buildup is part of exercises, and has stressed that its forces will go where they want, when they want on Russian territory. Top U.S. officials are in Europe this week, including Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Blinken. Austin announced during a stop in Germany on Tuesday that the U.S. 500 troops to that country. When asked if the move was meant as a message to Russia, he said it was "a sign to NATO" of the U.S. Germany. Under President Donald Trump, Washington said it would withdraw thousands of the American forces who've been stationed in Germany for decades. That decision was suspended by the Biden administration, and now the force is set to grow. Blinken, meanwhile, was in Brussels, meeting NATO partners, and he met separately with his Ukrainian counterpart to discuss the standoff with Russia.

It simply made sense for Lamborghini to reveal the Urus concept vehicle there. But the brand's top decision makers didn't give up on the Urus. The vehicle stayed in development for well over a year, waiting for the right time. What caused the change? Well, it wasn't the European financial news. It was reportedly China's increasing taste for luxury goods that helped drive Lamborghini back into action. The decision was made for the Urus to go into production to help the Lamborghini brand expand into new markets. To meet increased demand in areas where Lamborghini has only recently started selling vehicles. The decision to design the Urus was inspired in part by the success of the Porsche Cayenne, an SUV that, upon its 2002 release, was criticized by some for not remaining true to Porsche's motorsports heritage.

In this document we will focus in the description of the silicon-tungsten electromagnetic calorimeter, SiW-ECAL, technological prototype and its performance in beam test. The design and R&D of this prototype is conducted by CALICE and it is oriented at the baseline design of the ILD ECAL.
