Most of us do not live in that higher plane, though we could and should. The book Self Analysis by L. Ron Hubbard is about how to raise a person from the lower tone to the higher tone. The sound wave travels as the moving molecules push. Pull the molecules around them. Each molecule moves the one next to it in turn.
