In call to Ukraine’s president, Trump revived a favorite conspiracy theory about the DNC hack

You can do so much more on a iPad than merely type! If you're an iPad user -- or perhaps thinking about becoming one -- you've probably considered the various ways the device can make your life a little more fun. Sure, you can read books, play games or watch movies, but what about using your iPad to organize your life? The market for personal productivity apps has positively exploded since the iPad first came on the market in 2010. App developers have seized on the iPad as a tool that's portable. Flexible enough to accomplish the many different things people need to get done on a daily basis. Look no further than this list of 10 iPad apps for personal productivity. The Notes Plus app for iPad ($4.99) is a great way to take notes in whatever form suits you best. Whether it's by hand, typing or audio recording, Notes Plus can accommodate you; it's even possible to switch from one method to another and back in one note-taking document.
Fujitsu's Fabric PC concept. See more computer pictures. Imagine walking to school or work with a brand-new type of laptop computer in hand. You walk casually, swinging the laptop back and forth between your arms, which is easy, since it weighs well under one pound (0.45 kg) and isn't much thicker than a checkbook. Although it has no carrying case, you hardly blink after dropping it onto the concrete sidewalk. Instead you pick it up, dust it off, and continue on your way. When you arrive at your desk, you toss the laptop down on the table and open it up. The screen immediately unfolds, spreading out into an enormous display! While this scenario sounds very futuristic, it actually isn't that far from reality, thanks in part to a concept design called a Fabric PC (personal computer), produced by Fujistu, Inc. Amazingly, a Fabric PC won't be encased within a tough metal shell like the PCs that have been around up to this point.
They're more likely to be stopped for driving far below the speed limit than for surpassing it. Some even credit the legalization of marijuana with making roads safer. For example, a review of 13 states that approved medical marijuana legislation between 1990 and 2009 found that traffic deaths decreased by an average of nearly 9 percent. Some speculate that as the use of marijuana increased in those states, the use of alcohol may have decreased. What's more, several studies report that smoking a small amount of marijuana -- about a third of a joint -- has little impact on a driver's ability behind the wheel. Those who are habitual pot smokers can tolerate moderate doses of THC with little negative affect on driving performance. The research on this was surprising. I didn't expect to find such differences between alcohol. Marijuana when it comes to getting behind the wheel. The fact that most marijuana enthusiasts partake at home rather than at the club --. Are thereby able to avoid the risk of driving while impaired -- was especially poignant. Koerth-Baker, Maggie. "Driving Under the Influence, of Marijuana." The New York Times. Palmer, Brian. Electrotactile stimulation is a higher-tech method of receiving somewhat similar (although more surprising) results, and it's based on the idea that the brain can interpret sensory information even if it's not provided via the "natural" channel. The brain then recreates the images from analysis of the impulse patterns. The multiple channels that carry sensory information to the brain, from the eyes, ears and skin, for instance, are set up in a similar manner to perform similar activities. All sensory information sent to the brain is carried by nerve fibers in the form of patterns of impulses, and the impulses end up in the different sensory centers of the brain for interpretation. To substitute one sensory input channel for another, you need to correctly encode the nerve signals for the sensory event and send them to the brain through the alternate channel. The brain appears to be flexible when it comes to interpreting sensory input. You can train it to read input from, say, the tactile channel, as visual or balance information, and to act on it accordingly.|France are my tip to easily win this group, but to predict who will finish second is much harder. The other three teams are very evenly matched. They will all be confident that they can progress to the next stage. Here is my run down of the teams. France are one of the big favorites to lift the trophy in Paris on the 10th of July. They have home advantage, a good manager and a team full of talent. There are two big question marks in my mind. The first is that France was directly qualified as hosts. Therefore haven't played any competitive games since the world cup in Brazil. There is also a worry about how strong the team spirit in the French team is. They have a long history of infighting and this have been evident in past tournaments, you can't win unless everybody pulls in the same direction.
Kids can dream up some pretty awesome jobs, but can they keep the dream alive when they grow up? If you've ever asked a 5-year-old what she wants to be when she grows up, you'll probably recognize a theme. Astronaut, dancer, poet, princess, unicorn trainer - whatever the answer, it usually sounds like a lot of fun. Fifteen or 20 years later, that sense of fun will likely be trumped by a sense of financial responsibility. It's almost a rite of passage to give up the idea that a grown-up job can be fun. But fun and money aren't necessarily mutually exclusive. To be sure, even in the entertainment industry, Fallon is an anomaly. The jobs in which workers claim to be happiest are far less glamorous, but most pay a decent wage. There are also plenty of jobs that pay next to nothing and are a real drag. And even jobs that once seemed like a lot of fun, once you're in them long enough, can start to feel like work.
