Close 0.975

Post Mon Feb 17, 2014 5:56 pm

I never thought I would see the day that we close below a penny!

From the dizzy heights of 24p!

There is clearly no bottom untill we get positive news...

I never thought we would go below 3p or 2p. Below 1p has been ominously inevitable.

Totally gutted with yet another drop today - I seriously thought that my last buy at 1.7p i was picking up a bargain. Hopefully in the future I will look back at this price today will still be able to say the same thing of 1.7p.

If i sell and realise the money i'm sitting at just over £10k but at a £30k loss. If i sell to realise a lower entry i run a risk. The possibility of news makes for this to be a risky option and will only marginally lower my average if i was to buy in at .07p but at the same time i can't grasp the immenece of news and only news will prevent this from further decline.

Are there any others of thinking for a cheaper re-entry by selling their stock?

We may have our rampers and derampers onn the bb's when it comes to Range, but few make a living out of it. I 'm talking about that out and out ramper TW who I remembered promising me 1.5p some time ago.
Fat chance.

Not a single person here knows when there will be news mate or how low this will go.

I have the familiar sinking gut feeling that Range wont release any news until after that options vote has gone. I think they are no where near completion of Texas or RBL. That's just my view though (hope I'm wrong) and I know others say before then.... but lets face it.....this is Range....

This could easily be pumped to 1.20 again get everyone thinking there is news and then dropped again - as it was two weeks ago when Mike was congratulating himself!

No not me.

I have been in this to 24p and back, so there is no way that i will risk being locked out when the news eventually comes, whenever that may be.

Similar to you, i thought it would be hard to fall through 2p and topped up at this level. This investment in little over 3 months is worth half the investment value today and there lies the problem. With no news this will drift and drift but with news this will shoot up in the blink of an eye.

Shocking sp. Clearly the market believes that Texas has fallen through. At the current sp Texas sale represents approximately half RRL's market capitalisation.

These bloody debt shares are causing a lot of the grief. I'd like some smidgen of indication as to how many left they have to dump. Once they are gone then surely we can move forward. He says hopefully, deludedly etc.....

Surely it is not just the debt shares hanging over us now. Assuming the resolution gets passed, some 'insiders/mates' will have the opportunity to buy at 20% less than the prevailing SP. Isn't it feasible that they would want the SP as low as possible and so will heavily short it?

There were very few sells below 1p today.

I don't think there's a big appetite for anyone to sell below 1p.

The last few sells below 1p were

133000- £1330
57786-£577
38599-£385
3784-£37
120000-£1200

All of these were after 1.30pm

CTR are now about 32 days into a 40 day drill. News from them could come at any time.

Rubbish Mini

The $4m placement is a purely a facility. There should be no reason whatsoever to use it.

MrsT.

The company have told you in an RNS what they will raise and what they 'intend' to use it for.

As for that being 'rubbish', time usually proves the 'insiders' talk the most rubbish;over and over and over again!

No insiders here Mini - if you understood ASX reporting you'd understand the language used is for a facility not to announce a definite action. The $10m placement facility that was removed from the agenda at the AGM was v.similar.

The additional shares under rule 7.1 are not a facility. The facility is the 15% issue for companies below $300M MCap.

ASX have specific rules on the additional capacity. It is only ever requested and announced if it is the intention to use it and that is why a company is required to state what it is being used for, why it is time bound and why an indication of who will benefit from it is required.

If a company what additional facility they would use the 10% rule.

Not an 'insider' ?

Oma,

are you saying then that the company can and will be placing for the 4Mill and that the money can be used for anything?? also is the information from the inner circle about it being similar to an overdraft and is there as a facility for a rainy day is incorrect?

FFS Mini - you need to look up 'insider' - yeah, I'm lying - I must be because there would be such a lot of point to that wouldn't there.

I'm so sorry I don't fit your mould of ramper/insider/dribbler - I have praise and criticism in equal measure for the company and its officers. I don't talk up the company or talk it down. I discuss my views based on my research.

If approved it has to be used for the stated purpose, in our case reduce debt and working capital. To do otherwise would be misleading the market.

They have missed the 10% as this was not considered at the AGM.

The 15% rule is limited by issues to date. Circa 300M become available on the 30th April but will raise very little at these prices if drawn down under SEDA arrangements.

The ASX rules are quite clear and it is the only option under which you can fix the price rather than number of shares if you wish

Of course they can withdraw or have it voted down.

You can infer it can be used as 3 month overdraft but once approved it will always be used before the 15% allocation.

MrsT. I think 2 fits the bill.

in•sid•er
