Had a few beers with Dave Whitby and Ross Warner on Thursday night, Big Gib summed up the night on LSE..

So the CEB boys were in London to meet investors.

First part of Thursday was meet at Saint Brides Partners office. By the time I arrived the room was already quite full and I would say the room had 15-20 investors waiting patiently.

DW introduced himself and a little bit of his background. Simon Gorringe and Ross Warner then proceeded to also introduce themselves.

Introductions out the way DW let rip in a very relaxed informal way and laid it down on what they have achieved over the 100 days which has far exceeded all their expectations.

He explained what they look for and the weaknesses they look for in certain field owners. They offer the owners help and advice on how they can improve production however the problem the owners have is becoming obvious and repetitive amongst privately owned oil companies. They basically cannot afford new equipment their production methods are outdated and they have no access to funding having already being maxed out with the bank.

So what do CEB do? Do they offer to buy them out? No!!!

They are their to help!!! Yes they see weakness within the owners but they are not their to rob them blind.

So farm in offer goes in for a large percentage of the whole oil field which contain multiple producing wells, shut in wells and further drill locations to enhance further production. Some of what I heard regarding these producing fields was beyond belief however without going into detail it would take very little money and a few modern techniques along with basic general maintenance of these wells to increase production. The team believe production of these fields once fully optimised could easily be increased 50-100%+ within a short time frame.

Offers are in and these owners need help. Once these owners accept the offer on the table it's game on and from day 1 of the offer being accepted CEB will be revenue generating. The companytrading will then change from an investment company to trading company upon acquiring producing Oil assets with the first Farm-in.

Break even costs per barrel of oil was said to be around $20bbl.

It's clear and I have mentioned this many times on here previously these owners are desperate and DW does not need to raise capital and has enough in the bank to cover the acquisitions of the farm ins and have plenty left to continue with the development of fields program. I think once the market finally wakes up and understand these assets will be acquired for peanuts due to CEB providing the capital to optimise each field this share price will have its lightbulb moment.

Anyone who sells out of this listening to the haters that don't pick winners and don't like to see anyone be successful come on here talking rubbish and talking this company down day after day needs their head checking. I noticed none of these haters attended on Thursday and yet they find the time to troll this bb everyday apparently warning investors of the risks. The biggest risk I see is selling..
The team in Indo is a big one. DW has set up all his contacts and has assembled a team of high quality well respected Indonesian team who are were they are on merit and are top of their games already working elsewhere and now also working with DW on a part time / full time basis which is the norm in Indo.

So not only do we have a team of high class Indonesians we also have all these Indonesians already working for companies within Indonesia so the contacts are growing and growing along with the opportunities being proposed to CEB. The number of targets now screened is up around 77 if I remember correctly.

It will only take CEB one farm in to break even and become a profitable AIM listed company.

DW expects to double production of the first farm in.

1000bopd+ is a very realistic production target.

If all offers are accepted and let's say we get 2 farm in deals agreed then we have an issue and we have to split the team between the 2 fields which would clearly be a very good problem to have.

The Gas & Power is the main ambition whilst the producing Oil assets are the priority for the next 12-18 months. While the team are all working hard together on all aspects of the business it does seem like Simon Gorringe will spearhead the oil production and optimisation of the fields while DW connects the gas and power which is a big play here and when the fields are optimised and the gas / power kicks in we are going to see mega value being created here which will be in addition to the massive value already created through the oil production.

CEB will fully rebrand itself as it will obviously need to. New company name new website and new strategy from investment company into a trading company.

Price targets I have none however speaking on the night to a number of different people £50m - £100m market cap is certainly a common theme amongst investors and professionals who attended if they can deliver everything they say they will and can deliver.

That's pretty much got apart from the fact DW and the team were very comfortable in their forum and we're happy speaking to investors and DW loves this business so much so he is very committed and him and Simon are hammering this out full time. 4 weeks in country 1 week off and even then on the week off he will be busy working on bits and bobs ready to go back in country.

I spoke to someone whom I respect as a market professional and his and another views were very similar. These guys running this company are that of FTSE 250 companies. To have these guys on board from these lowly levels we are in for some gains ahead that's for sure. Patience is all that's needed here and it's one of them IMO the longer you hold the more you could potentially make.

Each to their own though we all have different strategies in the market lets just hope we all have a successful strategy to make as much as we can and have a smile on our face while doing so. Breath of fresh air

At the peak of the evening the total amount who attended was 55-60 people. Companies like Proactive Investors barely get this for their presentation evenings with 4 companies presenting let alone just little old CEB.

Also not everyone on the night had a position in CEB and of those people not one person I spoke to had a bad word to say about CEB and every single person can see significant upside upon DW delivering. Can't think of anyone else better for this job in Indo of delivering the goods.

I see Adrian Woodbine also agrees with seeing massive upside taking his recent large position lately which speaks volumes IMO.
